Yes, we create custom events and adapt each to the age and size of the students.

Yes, our online system is very robust and allows for events to be administered 100% online with no cash collections at the school.  However, if a school wants to collect money at the school, we also provide a donation form for every student and will work with the bookkeeper at the school to log all cash/checks received in a shared documents that will merge online transactions with cash/check transitions.

Yes, the MegaThon team can host a single rally or multiple rallies depending upon the size of the gym/auditorium.  We can even host events outside if weather permits.  We will bring the energy, hype and even demo various events.

No, the Megathon team of 4 qualified individuals will administer all of the events and transition students and parents from event to event.  We will need at least one school staff to be present with each age group as students complete their prize levels.

The school will receive an event day report, organized by run time slot, grade and teacher to print for their staff. The event day report will have everything needed to keep the event organized. It will include the total amount of donations collected by each student, the color of bracelet the student earned, and the prize levels the student will participate in at the event. The school will also receive an after-event prize report for the top collector prizes and any other prizes the school is providing.

Various promotional materials are provided by MegaThon. The live pep rally kicks off the fundraiser, getting everyone excited to start collecting donations and earning prizes. Digital ads will be provided to share online, social media, with families, etc. to promote the fundraiser. Promotional videos will also be provided, along with a timeline of when to share each video during the collection time. The landing page for the school’s fundraiser will have a leaderboard to share daily throughout the fundraiser as well.

If your student qualifies for the foam party event (raises $150 or more), please send them to school the day of the event, with a towel and change of clothes in a plastic bag (can be a grocery store bag, etc.). They can change out of their wet clothes and bring them home in the plastic bag along with their wet towel.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Please do not make a duplicate account online. The student’s name or teacher’s name can be edited. Please contact your school with details. They will contact their fundraising manager to assist with any issues.
